(Not set) or empty answers, what’s the difference ?

You see one of these terms in your answers and you are not sure what the difference is ? Here is a reminder of these two notions.

1.    Not set answers

Not set means that the customer did not see the question. There can be several reasons for that :
-    The customer does not match the display conditions defined for the question or the scenario,
-    The customer droped the questionnaire before validating the answer,
-    (N/A) means that the customer has chosen the "DNK" option.

2.    Empty answers
An empty answer means that the client has seen the question but has not answered. This case is possible if the answer to the question is not mandatory.
