How to use rich labels ?

Using rich labels will allow you to emphasise certain elements of context and highlight the information you want in the title of the question.

When you add a question to your campaign, the rich label option is disabled by default. To access the customisation screen, check the "Yes" box. 

Several customization options are available such as bold, italic, underline, skip lines... 

You can also use variables to customize your message. To find out more about  this you can read our article on this subject. 

The title of the question is the name of the question that you will find in you exports, reports...  The label is only visible by the respondent. 

NB: if you have translated your campaign in several languages, you will also need to translate your rich label
