Your question is made up of several choices (Strongly agree, Agree, Disagree, Strongly disagree) and you want to group them into 2 categories in your “Yes” and “No” analysis, this is possible by creating categories in your indicators.

When creating an indicator, you can group, combine answer choices for rating scales (except NPS and CSat), checkboxes, drop-down lists (except custom drop-down lists), choice lists with images.
- From your indicator, add or modify the Answer dimension
- Click on Categories
- Create a category by indicating its name at the top then select the answer choices to group together

Tip: To avoid creating your categories for each new indicator, duplicate your indicators to inherit the previously defined categories.
As a reminder, the categories are already defined for CSat type scales:
CSAT :
- 1 to 3 : Not satisfied
- 4 to 5 : Satisfied
NPS :
- 0 to 6 : Detractors
- 7 to 8 : Neutral
- 9 to 10 : Promoters
