How to use Feedback Management by Skeepers to provide Net Reviews?

This connector allows you to create reviews in the Net Reviews solution (Avis Vérifiés, Verified Reviews, Recensioni Verificate, Opiniones Verificadas, Opiniões Verificadas).

Find out how by following these steps.

To find out more about mapping, please see our article: How to enrich your CRM data thanks to mapping?

I - Requirements

  • Make sure you have correctly created your campaign using the Net Reviews elements (see article on this topic
  • Ask your Customer Success Manager or Project Manager for the following elements: Website ID, Country Code, Authentication Key

II - Connecting to Net Reviews

Next, you need to connect Verified Reviews to Skeepers CX.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Then to Available Applications.
  3. Click on the + Integrate Net Reviews button

Then Add a new authentication. Remember to Save.

The website ID, the country code and the Authentication key are communicated to you by your Customer Success Manager or to your Project Manager.

III - Mapping

Once connected, you can create your Mapping.

Go to the Mappings tab then click on Add a new mapping.

Set up your mapping:

  1. The name should allow you to find it easily.
  2. Authentification
  3. Country code: this field must be linked to the "country_code" attribute, found in your segment.

  4. The mapping fields:

    • The Internal object corresponds to the information from Skeepers CX Management
    • The External field corresponds to what will be added/modified in Net Reviews
    • The Transformation field only applies to very specific cases where the data will be modified to take a specific form. No use identified in the case of mappings with Net Reviews.

Some mapping fields are pre-completed and you do not have to do anything:

  • Review: corresponds to the comment question in the survey
  • Rate: corresponds to the satisfaction question in the survey
  • Anonymize_author: corresponds to the Optout field of the questionnaire. If checked, the review will be published without revealing the identity of the respondent
  • Review_date: corresponds to the date of the feedback

Next are other fields that must be mapped to the segment attributes, these fields are mandatory:

  • order_ref: The identifier of the event for which the respondent is being asked (order number, purchase reference, etc.) - in our example "order_id" the order number.
  • Email: The respondent's email - in our example "email"
  • Last_name: The respondent's last name - in our example "lastname.
  • First_name: The respondent's first name - in our example "firstname".
  • Order_date: The date of the purchase/order/subscription - in our example "order_date".
  • Request_date: The date the email or SMS was requested/sent - in our example "request_date".

Also add to the Id Shop linked to the agency/shop/outlet ID if you want to differentiate the reviews by shop.

Don't forget to save your changes.

All that's left is to deploy your campaign and check the settings directly in Net Reviews. The moderation and publication of reviews will be done from your Net Reviews account.
