How to set up an FTP repository?

To exchange data between Skeepers and your other tools, Skeepers offers various solutions: Mapping, Webhook, API, FTP, etc.

You can use an FTP repository in order to:

• Share your raw data exports from Skeepers to another tool
• Create contacts via FTP from your tools to Skeepers
• Import answers or requests via FTP from your tools to Skeepers

To create a declaration for a new FTP repository, go to the “Settings” section then “Integration” and “FTP repository”:

Click on the “Add a new FTP repository” button.

All you have to do is configure the connection methods to your FTP repository:

 

You can test the connection by clicking on "Test Connection".

Then click on "Save".

If the connection symbol does not appear in green but in red, it means that the last connection with this repository did not work.

Once the correct parameters have been entered, the symbol will turn green.
