How do I translate my Campaign?

The translation of a campaign will allow you to design your survey in the language of your choice.

In this article, you will learn how to:

  • Translate a campaign automatically
  • Manually translate a campaign
  • Import a translation via CSV file

The translation of a campaign will allow you to design your survey in the language of your choice but also to make it available in a different language, depending on the respondent's browser language.

Example: You have designed your survey in French but would like to translate it into French and Spanish. All you have to do is use the translation module to have all 3 languages; Skeepers will then automatically detect the language of your respondent's browser and display the survey in their own language.

  • Click on Add a new language

  • Then choose the Target Language of the translation and click on "Translate all" if you want an automatic translation.

And here is the result, with the original language English and the target language French:

NB: Images will not be affected by auto translate.

If you have images that contain text, think about modifying them and then inserting them into your translated survey.

We recommend to always valid and correct the translation if you choose the automatic translation.

Manual translation

You also have the possibility to manually fill in the translation of your campaigns.
All you have to do is fill in the empty fields opposite the headings:

When translating rich content (as shown below), write directly by replacing the original text with your translation.
No worries about the original survey, it will not be affected by these changes.

If you make changes to your original survey, it is likely that you will have new elements to translate, you will find the number of changes to check in the list of your translations.

You can use the option to display Missing translations only. And thus fill in the missing translations.
