Why is my account suspended ?

You are unable to access Skeepers Feedback Management platform and are seeing the error "Your connection has been blocked temporarily - Try again later".

This situation occurs when an user tries to login to the solution more than 3 times using incorrect username or password. An automatic security mechanism is triggered and access to the platform is blocked for 30 minutes.

Note that this restriction applies to all users sharing the same IP address. Commonly, several employees in the same company have the same IP address and can be blocked simultaneously.

This situation can be avoided by using a VPN.

If the blocking persists for more than 30 minutes, we recommend that you contact Skeepers Support by precising the Account, Users and IP address concerned.
